I’ve used recipes from this book over and over for over two years! I especially love the injection recipes and rib marinades. If you’re making the Potato salad recipe be careful of how much salt is needed (1 TBS).

Great book on teaching you tips and secrets on great BBQ
My wife received a gift card at a big box store that carries smokers. We decided that we would use the gift card on a smoker. Before the purchase, I started watching Barbecue Pit Masters to get an idea about smoking meat in general. Because Myron is on the show, I decided to check out his book.
What I liked about the book is that Myron covers a lot of meat types and gives good recipes that anyone can follow. For someone that has experience grilling, I was apprehensive about smoking my meat. This books cleared up some of my concerns.
What I would like to see are more pictures with respect to prep and sections on smoking vegetables.

Great Cookbook! I have used many of the recipes with my Big Green Egg. Also shows you how to make your own rubs and injections.
I bought this book because I was looking for some good info and recipes, and I can say this book definitely has both. I cooked ribs (baby back) for the first time and they were the best me and wife have had in a long time I would definitely recommend this book :-)
Just made the recipe for BBQ sauce everyone loved it. Book reads easy and no extra bs. Just the best dang BBQ book in the world.
